1. Service scope

TV-Pro is a reseller of licenses for an IPTV application. We sell only the app license (authorization for one device per MAC), for the contracted period (1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months).

We do NOT sell channel lists, audiovisual content, package subscriptions or streaming services. The channel list (m3u) is the user's sole responsibility.

2. Payment & activation

We accept PayPal and WebPay Plus. Device MAC is validated before charging. Activation is automatic and usually takes under 1 minute.

The user is responsible for entering the correct MAC of the device where they want to use the app.

3. NO refunds

Activations are non-refundable under any circumstance, including but not limited to: wrong MAC entered, device incompatibility, issues with user's channel list, change of mind, or device loss.

We recommend trying the service with the 1-month plan before buying longer plans.

4. Suspension on expiry

On plan expiry, the user gets 3 grace days. After that, the license suspends automatically. Reactivation requires purchase of a new plan.

5. Limitation of liability

TV-Pro does not guarantee continuous availability of the wholesale provider service nor the content the user loads in the app. We are not responsible for provider outages, user device failures, or issues with their channel list.
