How do I download the TV-Pro app?
Currently available on Roku Channel Store. Coming soon on Android TV, Apple TV/iOS and Fire TV.
How do I activate my app after paying?
1. Buy a plan at /planes with your email + MAC.
2. Pay with PayPal or card.
3. Your app is automatically activated.
4. Open the app and refresh — content appears in under 1 minute.
Where do I find my device MAC?
When you first open the TV-Pro app on your Smart TV, Roku or STB, a screen appears with "Mac Address: XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX" and "Device Key: XXXXXX". That MAC is what we need.
Do you sell channel lists?
No. TV-Pro only sells the app license. You get the channel list (m3u URL) on your own and load it into the app whenever.
Are activations refundable?
No. Once the license is activated on your MAC, refunds are not granted under any circumstance. We recommend trying the 1-month plan ($990 CLP / ~$1 USD) before buying longer plans.
What if I entered the wrong MAC?
The MAC is validated before payment — if invalid, you cannot pay. If you activated with the wrong MAC, contact us at /contacto and we will review case by case.
What happens when my plan expires?
We notify you 7 days before by email. On expiry day, another reminder. You have 3 grace days, on the fourth day it suspends automatically. You can reactivate anytime buying a new plan.
Can I use the same purchase on 2 devices?
No. Each plan is tied to a single MAC (one device). If you want 2 TVs activated, buy 2 plans.
How do I load my channel list?
After activation go to tv-pro.tv/lista, enter your MAC + m3u URL and done. You can also do it from the 4DP provider portal.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal (all international cards as guest or with account) and WebPay Plus (Chilean cards RedCompra/Visa/Mastercard).
